PhD Defenses Reception

Service and drinks are always included. A minimum of 40 people.
We take care of serving platters, reception material, paper napkins.

Included in the price:

– Glasses
– Oven

NOT included in the price:

– Tables and chairs
– Ashtrays

- Standing tables (25,00 € per piece).  Only linen = 13,00 € per piece.

We propose all-in formulas of 1,5 or 2 hours (to be counted from the timing as communicated before). Drinks and services are included during 1,5 or 2 hours. After 1,5 or 2 hours, service is calculated at the rate of 40,00 €/hour/waiter.  

If there would be a later start than communicated before, we are able to finish anyway at the supposed finishing time.

There is the possibility to choose for Italian appetizers. Prices are similar.
There is the possibility to choose for Champagne i.o. Prosecco, at an additional price of 10,00 € pp.
